- City of Erlanger, Kentucky PSCC Enters Into Contract
- HILLIARD, OH (November 11, 2008) - Alert Tracking Systems (AlertTS), a provider of multi-agency public safety software solutions, announced that it has entered into a contract with the City of Erlanger, Kentucky, for the purchase of the RESPONDER™, computer aided dispatch and ENFORCER™, law enforcement records management system. The new system will allow for the Public Safety Communications Center (PSCC) to support the dispatch requirements of 9 Police and 9 Fire/EMS agencies. Additionally, the new Law Enforcement Records system will be used by all the Police agencies and will allow for the exchange of records information between departments.

With the purchase of the AlertTS records and dispatch products, the City of Erlanger PSCC will have an integrated, state-of-the-art, multi-agency system. Engineered to improve data entry redundancy and streamline the work process of public safety personnel, the efficiencies that result will provide more time for personnel to work and serve the community.
